It's almost the end of September and here is where we stand currenctly on closed/SOLD transactions in the city of Edmonds:

12 condos

To compare, here are the closed for August:
34 residential
23 condos

And, the closed for July:
30 residential
17 condos

Hopefully we'll close a few more in the remaining days of September. Transactions typically slow the end of Fall and continue to be slow through Winter.
